Peperoncini Mashed Potatoes
Recipe: Dave Clements
Serves: 12-16 people
Prep Time: 20 mins.
Cook Time: 20 mins.
5lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes (peeled and quartered)
2C. Heavy Cream
1C. Imported Greek Peperoncini
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
1/4C Kosher Salt
3 Bay Leaves
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
